(11) Pump case and motor case assemble
Reference Figure 389Y, 390Y and 391Y.
1. Install the swash plate (6) in the case (1).
2. Install caver assemblies (15 and 16) to the case.
NOTE
：
1.
Aline the scribe mark on the cover and case when
marked at disassemble.
2. Recheck the gap of bush is at the port block side.
3. Install the pump shaft (7) assembly in the cases (1)
and secure with snap ring (55).
4. Install pins (47), O-ring (36) and plate (18) on the
case (1).
5. Install the key (21) and trochoid rotor assembly
(20) on the pump shaft (7)
NOTE
：
The scribed mark on the trochoid rotor assembly
toward the plate (18).
6. Install the charge pump case (4) assembly with
O-ring (36) on the case (1) and tighten the socket
head bolts (52) to 15.9

7. Install the cylinder block assembly on the pump
shaft (7).
NOTE
：
Take care the pin (61) and hole of thrust plate (59) are
aligned and check the pins (22) are not remained in the
case (1).
