8) Cylinder block assembly
Install the cylinder block assembly shown as an
illustration.
When removing the retainer plate (13) and piston sub
ass’y from the cylinder block ass’y (5 and 11), confirm
that 3 pins (22) are installed.
When removing the retainer holder (14) adjust the
direction of the spline to the cylinder block.
When installing the valve plate to the port block，coat
the installing surface (gray color surface) with lithium
grease.
① Install the spring holder (23), spring (24) and
spring holder (25) with secure snap ring (26).
NOTE：
Take care the spring holder (23) direction.
② Install the three pins (22) in the cylinder block.
③ Install the retainer holder (14) on the cylinder
block.
④ Install the 9 pistons in the cylinder block.
(9) Pump Shaft assembly
Install bearing (27) and secure with snap ring (37) on
the pump shaft (7).
(10) Motor shaft assembly
Install the bearing (27) and secure with snap ring (37)
on the motor shaft (8).
