3.10 Using the HVI SPECTRUM Database
As information is collected during testing, it is stored in the database.
This information can be deleted by lot number or by record number by
using the screens accessed by the DATABASE option found on the
REPORTS MENU options.
IMPORTANT!
ONCE YOU DELETE INFORMATION - IT CANNOT BE
RETRIEVED.
3.10.1 Delete All Data for a Specific Lot
This selection provides a mode for deleting all data for a particular lot at
one time.
1. Select the REPORTS option from the HVI SPECTRUM MAIN MENU.
2. Select DATABASE from the REPORTS MENU (or from the Database
selection on the toolbar).
3. Select the DELETE LOT item from the DATABASE menu. The DELETE
LOT MENU will appear:

4. Select the Lot ID from the pull-down list or enter it in the Select
Lot Identifier field.
