3. Using the AT5600
3.1. Usage Overview
The following activities must be carried out to use the AT5600 to test components.
Create a test fixture. The fixture is required to reliably connect the component
under test to the AT5600.
Develop a test program. Use the AT Editor software to develop a suitable test
program for the component under test.
Store the test program for retrieval by the AT5600.
Load and run the test program.
Store and analyze the test results.
