6.4.25 Paper Feed Roller (PL 9.19.13)
1. Open Door C and protect the transfer roller.
2. Remove the e-ring and slide the large black feed roller off the shaft.
3. This roller is a press-fit roller, so gently work the roller off the shaft using a small flat-blade screwdriver.
>> On re-assembly:
1. When replacing the roller onto the shaft, depress the 2 white rollers (one behind, and one below) to allow
clearance for the black roller.
2. Wedge a small screwdriver behind the large white gear to prevent the shaft from moving when reinstalling the
roller.
3. Be careful not to damage the clear plastic paper guide. It should fit behind the paper path fins.
