1.10 Life Limited Parts
Follow the guidelines below to replace parts that are life limited.
Contact an ADC CORPORATION sales representative for replacement.
CAUTION:
• The above life spans are reference information and are NOT guaranteed.
• When an internal used mechanical relay exceeds the expected life span, contact an ADC CORPORATION
sales representative immediately.

1,000,000 operations The 6166 internally calculates the number of relay contact
operations. Even if the number of operations exceeds the
expected life span, normal operation is possible.
Replace the relays in reference to the expected life span
noted at left. The relay count can be read by using the
remote command or the menu.
Cooling fan 40,000 hours When the cooling fan is faulty, the message "ERROR 250
Fan Stop Alarm Check" is displayed and the operation
stops.
