6.2.1 Status Register

Common conditions in which the Standard Event Status Register is cleared
• All cleared when the power is turned ON.
• All cleared by *CLS.
• All cleared when read by *ESR?.
Conditions in which the Standard Event Status Enable Register is cleared
• Cleared when the power is turned ON (the PSC flag is set to 1).
• Cleared when the *ESE0 command is executed.

ON: Set to 1 when all operation is completed after receiving the *OPC
command.

Execution Error
ON: Set to 1 when a received command is not currently executable.
Set to 1 when incorrect data is entered in a command parameter.
5CME
Command Error
ON: Set to 1 when the received command is incorrectly spelled.
6 Not in use Always set to 0
7 PON ON: Set to 1 when the power is turned ON.

Not reset to 0 even if the overheat is canceled.

Source Unit Error
ON: Set to 1 when a source unit error occurs.
4PVL
Plus Volt Limiter
ON: Set to 1 when the positive voltage limiter is detected.
5MVL
Minus Volt Limiter
ON: Set to 1 when the negative voltage limiter is detected.
6PIL
Pulse I Limiter
ON: Set to 1 when the positive current limiter is detected.
