3.2.4 Source Range
The following table shows the relationship between the input values and the source ranges in setting the
source value using the numeric keypad.
CAUTION:
When the 6161-compatible operation is set to OFF:
1. Changing the source value from less than 55 V to 55 V or higher in Operate status sets the output status to
Standby as hazardous voltage.
When the 6161-compatible operation is set to ON:
2. Changing the range to 1000 V from another range in Operate status sets the output status to Standby.
3. If the OPT6166+20 (1 mA/10 mA: compliance voltage 1200 V) is installed, changing the range to 1 mA or
10 mA from another range in Operate status sets the output status to Standby.
Regardless of the 6161-compatible operation:
1. Switching the source function in Operate status sets the output status to Standby.
2. The divider voltage is output from the DIVIDED OUT terminal.

Model."
