4.2.10 FNo./LNo. STEP TIME Key (First/Last Number and Step Time Setting)
4-4
4.2.10 FNo./LNo. STEP TIME Key (First/Last Number and Step Time Setting)
Sets the first number, last number and step time for scan operation when the program function is set to ON.
Selects a digit of the source value to be changed when the program function is set to OFF.
4.2.11 LIMIT Key (Voltage and Current Limit Setting)
Switches between the source value screen and the limit value screen.
Sets the voltage and current limit values on the limit value screen.
NOTE: When the limit value is detected, the LIMIT key goes ON in red. Check for the limit value setting and
cable connection.
4.2.12 MEMORY Key (Program Memory Setting)
Sets the source value in the program memory when the program function is set to ON.
Selects a digit of the source value to be changed when the program function is set to OFF.
NOTE: After setting memory data, be sure to save it. Unsaved memory data is erased at power OFF.
4.2.13 MENU Key (Parameter Setting)
Switches to the menu screen to set the parameter group.
Goes ON during menu screen display.
For information on how to set the parameters using the menu, refer to Section 3.9, "Menu Operation."
SOURCE Sets the source-related parameters.
Count Fix Sets the count fix function at the range change.
OFF: Synchronizes the source value before and after the range change.
e.g. Range UP
10.00000 V  UP  010.0000 V
e.g. Range DOWN
01.00000 V  DOWN  1.000000 V
ON: Synchronizes the count value before and after the range change.
e.g. Range UP
10.00000 V  UP  100.0000 V
e.g. Range DOWN
01.00000 V  DOWN  0.100000 V
CAUTION: When the count fix function is set to ON, every raising the range increases the source value
ten times, a hundred times, and a thousand times. Take care not to damage the connected.
