Appendix A Status Indicators
FAN 1/2 Indicator
The Fan 1/2 indicators show the operating state of the controller fans.
SD Indicator
The SD indicator shows if the SD card is in use.
Table 38 - FAN Indicator
State Description
Solid green The fan is operating as normal.
Solid red One of the following:
• The fan is off.
We recommend that you troubleshoot the application to determine why the fan is off and
correct the issue.
• The fan is running at a slower pace than needed.
We recommend that you troubleshoot the application to determine why the fan is running
slower than needed and correct the issue.
• The fan has failed.
We recommend that you replace a fan if it fails.
Table 39 - SD Indicator
State Description
Off No activity is occurring with the SD card. You can safely remove the card, if necessary.
Flashing green The controller is reading from or writing to the SD card.
IMPORTANT: Do not remove the SD card while the controller is reading or writing. Let the
read/write complete without interruption. If you interrupt the read/write, data corruption or
loss can occur.
Solid green
Flashing red One of the following exists:
• The SD card does not have a valid file system.
• The SD card drew excessive current and power has been removed from the card.
Solid red The controller does not recognize the SD card.
