Customize dialog - Keyboard tab
Use the options in the Keyboard tab of the Customize dialog to control keyboard shortcut keys (or "Accelerators"),
including custom Accelerators. An example of a common accelerator in Windows is CTRL+C as a shortcut to "Copy"
(FIG. 298).
Customize dialog - Menu tab
Use the options in the Menu tab of the Customize dialog to customize the contents of the menus (FIG. 299).

Category: Click the down-arrow to open a list of all command categories. These categories mirror the main
Menu options (File, Edit, Panel, Page, Button, States, Layout, View, Window, and Help), with one
additional option: All Commands - this category includes all available commands from all
command categories.
Commands: Once a Category has been selected, this list box is populated with all commands included in that
category. Note that the commands listed mirror those found in their respective Menu options.
Set Accelerator For: (default).
Current Keys: This read-only field displays the accelerator keys currently assigned to the selected command.
Press New Shortcut
Key:
With a command selected, press the new accelerator key (or key combination) to assign a new
accelerator to the command.
