3 Turn off the power.
a Press the standby switch to turn off the power.
4 Clean the chamber.
a Clean the emptied chamber.
• See steps 7-a to 8-c in “4.6.1. Preparing the Instrument Before Extended Periods of Disuse” on page 4-53.
• In step 7-d, remove the emptied chamber.
• In step 8-c, attach the cleaned chamber.
b Attach the fixing bracket to its original position and tighten the knurled screw by hand.
c Close the side cover.
5 Attach the nozzle to the correct eluent pack.
a Attach the bottle cap with nozzle to the correct eluent pack.
• See steps 5-a to 6-c in “1.4.5. Setting Up Eluents and Hemolysis Washing Solution” on page 1-26.
6 Perform priming.
a Press the standby switch to turn on the power.
b Perform priming.
• See steps 4 in “1.5.2. Installing the Column” on page 1-35.
REFERENCE:
Clean the other chamber in the same procedure if the nozzle of other eluents was also wrongly inserted.
