– Remove nut -1- from stabilizer bar -2-.
– Press stabilizer bar down by hand.
– Swing connecting link -2- upward and remove.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

The aluminum coupling rod has been replaced with a steel one.
Do not install both types together.
Note

Bonded rubber bushings can only be turned to a limited extent.
Only tighten suspension screws when vehicle is in curb weight
or control position.

Wheel bearing, lifting to curb weight position on vehicles with
coil springs, refer to

For vehicles with air spring suspension, lift wheel suspension
