– Release stabilizer bar mount -1- and -2- with a screwdriver.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
– Install halves of stabilizer bar mount on stabilizer bar. Observe
following when doing so:
♦ larger outer diameter -1- points toward outside
♦ Half of stabilizer bar mount with groove -4- is placed on octa‐
gon mount on stabilizer bar
♦ locking tabs -2- engage completely in recesses -3-
– Follow markings applied to stabilizer bar during removal

Note
♦
Bonded rubber bushings can only be turned to a limited extent.
Only tighten suspension screws when vehicle is in curb weight
or control position.
♦
Wheel bearing, lifting to curb weight position on vehicles with
coil springs, refer to

For vehicles with air spring suspension, lift wheel suspension
in control position, refer to

– On vehicles with air suspension, position vehicle on wheels,
