♦ Engine/Gearbox Jack - VAG1383A-
♦ Bits for Bits for VAG1331/13 - 12mm - T10099- or Bits for Bits
for VAG1331/13 - 14mm - T10099/1-
♦ Engine/Gearbox Jack Adapter - Wheel Hub Support - T10149-
Removing
Affects Vehicles with Air Suspension
– Place vehicle on hoist, refer to
⇒ “4 Positioning Vehicle on Hoist and Wheels”, page 10 .
– Perform system vent using -Vehicle Diagnostic Tester- , refer
to ⇒ “3.9 System, Venting or Filling”, page 221 .
Affects all Vehicles
– Remove the wheel.
– In vehicles with level control system sensor, unscrew nut -2-.
– Remove the bolt -2-.
– Disconnect drive axle from rear final drive. Use Bits for Bits for
VAG1331/13 - 12mm - T10099- or Bits for Bits for
VAG1331/13 - 14mm - T10099/1- to loosen bolts -3-.
– Remove connector nut -4-.
