Installed position, return line clip to body
– Install the return line -2- in the holder -1- on the body.
Installed position, return line clips to refrigerant line
– Secure return line -1- with clip -2- two times on refrigerant line
-3-.
Suction Hose, Location on Power Steering Pump
– Install the intake hose -1- so that the markings -2- and -3- are
opposite of each other.
Installed position, return lines to left longitudinal member
– Tighten the holder -2- and nut -1- to the left longitudinal mem‐
ber to 9 Nm.
– Bring the return line -3- and then return line -4- into their in‐
stalled position.
– Tighten the nut -6- on the holder -5- for the return lines 9 Nm.
