♦ Torque Wrench 1410 - VAG1410-
Removing
– Remove the radiator and the cooler for the fuel system cooling
circuit, refer to ⇒ Rep. Gr. 19 .
– Place the Used Oil Collection And Extraction Unit -
SMN372500- under the separation location.
– Clamp off the hydraulic hoses with Hose Clamps - Up To
25mm - 3094- and remove them. Loosen the hose clamps
when doing this -arrows-.
– Remove the hydraulic fluid cooler -1-.
Installing
• Torque specification; refer to ⇒ page 378 .
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

♦ Change the hydraulic fluid if the hydraulic fluid cooler was re‐
place.
♦ Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate to
the model, refer to the Parts Catalog.
– Install the radiator and the cooler for the fuel system cooling
circuit, refer to ⇒ Rep. Gr. 19 .
– Fill the hydraulic fluid and check the level, refer to
⇒ page 310 .
– Bleed steering system ⇒ page 311 .
