NOTE
The total parasitic cable capacitance wire/sh
ielding of the motor cables within the
system must not exceed 30 nF. Additional measurements have to be taken (e.g. the
us
e of DC link filters) in case of cable capacitances higher than 30 nF.

For UL-compliant machines/systems, UL-certified cabling must be used.

Only using Baumüller cables with this maximum length and Baumüller mains filters, it can be assumed that the threshold limit value of
the EMC product standard EN 61800-3 is complied with.

If n parallel-routed motor cabling is used, then the maximum length must be reduced by a factor of 1/n.
