To change the filter cartridge in the conjoint HLL and HSC tank, do the following:
- unscrew four bolts 2 (figure 5.4.43), remove cover 1 and spring 3;
- remove housing 8 as an assembly with arrester 5, safety valve 6 and filter car-
tridge 7;
- unscrew two nuts 4, remove arrester 5, remove safety valve 6 and filter cartridge 7
from the housing;
- wash housing 8 in a cleaning solution;
- install a new filter element 7 (it is obligatory to remove the label from the filter car-
tridge before installation), safety valve 6, arrester 5 in housing 8;
- screw nuts 4 onto the studs with a torque of 8 to 10 Nm;
- put spring 3 and cover 1 back;
- tighten bolts 2 with a torque of 18 from 25 to Nm;
- check oil level in the HLL and HSC tank, as specified in clause 5.4.1.5 "Operation
4. Check of oil level in the conjoint tank of HLL and HSC", top up if necessary.
WARNING: BE CAREFUL TO AVOID CONTACT WITH HOT OIL AND HOT SUR-
FACE OF OIL TANK!
