Table 6.10.1 continued
Failure,
external manifestation
Agricultural implement fails to hold in transport position
(lowering speed exceeds 20 mm within 10 min)
Draft control unit rod adjusted in-
correctly
Oil leakage through piston seals or
cylinder rod seals
Replace cylinder seals or replace the cylinder
Draft control unit check valve leak-
ing
Screw out the plug of the check valve (located between
the hoses on the draft control unit), rinse the check valve
parts. With light blows through the coppe
r guide, caulk the
valve ball into the seat
Draft control unit shut-off valve
leaking
Disconnect the right hose from the draft control unit and
unscrew the fitting. While holding the handle in the “rais-
ing” position, pour diesel fuel into the threaded hol
e and
after 5…10 minutes check the diesel fuel level. If the
tightness is not ensured (fuel level has decreased in the
threaded hole), unscrew and replace the shut-off valve.
Screw in a new shut-
off valve until the valve stops in the
sleeve, then unscrew the valve by 0.25 ... 0.5 turns. When
screwing in, hold the handle in the control zone (the roller
is approximately in the middle of the control sector)
With positional control, the frequency of corrections exceeds
six times per minute at maximum engine speed
Correction speed setting knob
screwed in up to the stop
Turn the knob counterclockwise to adjust the correction
frequency
Oil leakage through cylinder seals
Repair or replace the cylinder
With draft control, changes in the depth of plowing exceed agricultural standards, en-
gine rpm drop during overloads
Correction speed cock is shut
Turn the knob counterclockwise to increase the speed of
automatic corrections.
Upper link of the hitch is mounted
on the bottom hole of the clevis
Mount the central link on the upper hole of the clevis, and
if the maximum plowing depth is insufficient, mount it on
Draft sensor adjusted incorrectly
Adjust the draft sensor and then the draft link
Draft link adjusted incorrectly
Tightening of the split hubs of the
levers on the intermediate shaft is
loose
Tighten bolts 1, 3 (picture 6.10.1) of the lever hubs on the
intermediate shaft
Holes on the post and the frame
of the plow, connected by a cou-
pler, are oversize,
rigidity of the plow frame is insuf-
Repair the plow to ensure the rigidity of the frame and
its connection to the post
