The isolating repeater is mounted on the side in the connection box
on a top hat rail.
To ensure intrinsic safety, please do not:
• take off the covering cap directly above the isolating repeater.
It ensures that the minimum distance of 50mm on the Ex i side
will be observed. (The minimum distance is the distance
between intrinsically safe and not intrinsically safe bare, live
parts).
• dismantle the cable installed by the manufacturer. Only this
cable ensures that the properties listed in the certificate will be
observed.
