6.3 Linear and Exponential
This function is used only for 1-2 point calibrations.
linear The relation between level and count rate is linear.

Linear calibration is used in applications involving rod sources and
point detectors
Exponential The relation between level and count rate is an exponential func-
tion.

point detectors.
6.3.1 Exponential One-Point Calibration
If the tank cannot be completely filled after operation has started,
then a one-point calibration can be performed. To this end, enter
an absorption path and product density. Then an empty calibration
is performed for which the initial level value is entered as a per-
centage and the corresponding count rate is entered.
