2.10 SHOW ERROR LOG
The following example shows an error list containing two HV-
errors:
• Error Num: Consecutive error number
• Probe ID: Number of the Uni-Probe which has indicated this
error. Only relevant for multi-detector operation.
• Err. Code: Error code number for identification of the error.
Explanation on the error messages see page 3–393.
• Wrong HV: In this example a false high voltage has been iden-
tified.
• Err. Date: Date the error occurred.
• Err. Time: Time this error occurred.
• Reached Last Entry!
