MODEL
Shows the model number of the Uni-Probe. This information cannot
be changed by the operator.
DISTRIBUTOR
Shows the name of the distributor of the Uni-Probe. This informa-
tion cannot be changed by the operator.
MANUFACTURER
Shows BERTHOLD TECHNOLOGIES in the Uni-Probe. This informa-
tion cannot be changed by the operator.
DEVICE ID
Device identification number. It shows the specific HART
®
ID num-
ber. This information is set up by BERTHOLD TECHNOLOGIES and
cannot be changed by the operator.
If the device is used as an auxiliary unit, it is the address number
to communicate with the main unit.
SENSOR SERIAL NO
Shows the serial number of the sensor. This information is set up
by BERTHOLD TECHNOLOGIES and cannot be changed by the oper-
ator.
TAG
Shows the tag number. This text can be used by the operator as
desired. This information can be changed on the
GENERAL DATA (see
page 3–314).
DESCRIPTOR
Shows a descriptor code. This text can be used by the operator as
desired. This information can be changed on the
GENERAL DATA (see
page 3–314).
MESSAGE
Shows a message. This text can be used by the operator as
desired. This information can be changed on the

FINAL ASSEMBLY NUM
Identification number of the measurement device.
