7.2 Error Handling Modes
The operating mode Continue measurement or Stop measurement
can be set via the SIMATIC PDM software (
SYSTEM PARAMETER
menu, see page 6–572).
Both operation modes behave as follows:
• Continue measurement:
If the error disappears, the measurement automatically goes to
the RUN mode. If the error relay has indicated an alarm status,
it automatically returns to the normal status.
• Stop measurement
If the error disappears, the error relay remains on alarm.
The error message has to be reset.
This completes the setup.
