6 Explanations Volume 7
6.6 Reading-in Pulse Rates
For each calibration you have to read-in pulse rates. In this volume,
there are several references to this procedure.
Start reading-in by selecting Read In at
LE_START_STOP_READ_IN.
Watch the display of
LE_READ_IN_SENSOR_VALUE in
LE_READ_IN_DATA. At the start of the measurement, the value
fluctuates and should reach a stable state at the end. Other-
wise, increase the duration for averaging in
LE_READ_IN_TIMEOUT. The default value of 0 uses an averag-
ing time of 30s; enter a higher number than 30 to get a longer
averaging period.
IMPORTANT
Do not enter a number that is too high by mistake!
The process can be stopped only by turning off the Uni-Probe.
LE_READ_IN_TIMEOUT_ACTUAL shows the time you have to
wait,
LE_READ_IN_STATUS shows Read In Off, as soon as the
measurement is finished.
IMPORTANT
During averaging the level in the tank must not change. For agita-
tor vessels, the agitator must be running and a longer averaging
time, e.g. 300s, has to be used.
Read off the actual pulse rate at LE_READ_IN_SENSOR_VALUE
in the record
LE_READ_IN_DATA.
