6.3.4.5 ID-code transfer
This area shows the fixed assignment of the ID-codes to the data elements (see page 218).
6.3.4.6 Accepting the settings to the tightening system
The tightening system data are displayed when the PLC 3964R - PLC1 or PLC 3964R - PLC2 window
is opened. For this, the workstation computer must be connected to the BS350 and to the tightening
system (via USB or Ethernet).
The user must be logged in to the tightening system to change any settings. The new settings are stored
in the tightening system with the OK button. Click Cancel to close this window without changing the
settings.
6.3.4.7 Display of the results in data elements
The results of tightening applications and single channels are output without any additional comments, i.
e. this output does not contain any additional information on the numerical values. It is possible to assign
results values and parameters (e. g. angle, torque, redundancy torque, set value) by their position in the
data element. This allows for an extremely compact results output.
Information on results value accuracy can be found under Formats for floating decimal numbers
(page 212).
Outputting measurement values as floating decimal points (ASCII)
The internal measurement values are still output as a string. The decimal character is output as a decimal
point. This output always includes 8 characters (bytes).
