8.3.4.1 Generating full report

Save the full report immediately after a problem or failure has occurred. Otherwise,
important information will be overwritten by newer entries.
8.3.4.2 Interpreting a full report
The full report summarizes the information of the spectrometer diagnostics pages
(chapter
8.3.2 et seq.). It contains all information about the spectrometer. In case of a
spectrometer problem, the full report helps the service technician to quickly narrow down
the cause of the problem.
To quickly locate a source of trouble, simply scroll down the full report until you encoun-
ter a red ERROR field, see figure 8.18. For a more detailed fault diagnostics read
through the individual information provided in the full report.
1 • Open Web browser.
• Enter spectrometer IP address into
the address entry field.
• On configuration page, click Service.
2 Click the Full Report option. The cur-
rent full report is displayed.
3 •On the File menu of the Web browser click the Save as command.
• Use the file extension *.htm.
• Send original htm file to Bruker. Do not generate any screenshots or text files.
