You can cancel a print job using either of the following methods.
You cannot cancel another user's job. (For the print server environment, you can cancel print jobs on the print server.)
Canceling a Print Job Using the Print Queue
When printing multiple jobs, you can select a job and cancel it.
Canceling a Print Job Using the Printer Status Window
You can cancel a job currently being printed with one click.

If you cannot print because an error is occurring with a print job from another user, use the [
] (Cancel Job) key to
cancel the job.
