This section describes the procedure for specifying the settings using the Remote UI. To specify the settings using FTP
Client, see "FTP Client."
NOTE
When restricting printing
Only printing is restricted, but accessing the Remote UI is not restricted.
If restricted users try to print, the message <Cannot Print> appears in the Printer Status Window.
There are some items which restricted users cannot select from the [Options] menu in the Printer Status Window.

Start the Remote UI, and then log in as Administrator.

Select [Information] from the [Device Manager] menu.

Click [Change] under [Security].
