5.2.3.2 Belt disassembly

Unlock the belt by raising the idle roller
support
Extract the idle roller from the side
supports
Pull the idle roller out of the belt
Raise the support surface from its position
and pull it out of the belt
Remove the drive roller from the guides on
the other side of the motor thus freeing the
support surface.
Raise the support surface from its position
and from the belt
Open the drive roller and remove the belt
which is now free and ready to be cleaned.
To refit the belt, follow this procedure in
reverse order.
Crushing and cutting hazard. When you are positioning the support surface on the entrance side, take precautions to
prevent the risk of crushing and cutting between the surface and the belt frame.
