THS/MBB and THS/MBR
Using a screwdriver, push one of the pins
of the modular belt out of its seat.
Remove the pin completely from the
modular belt, to open the belt. Remove the
belt from the structure and clean it.
When you have cleaned the belt, return it
to its position and refit the pin.
5.2.4 Conveyor belt tension adjustment
5.2.4.1 THS/FBB and THS/FB
Unlock the belt by raising the idle roller
support
Centre the belt on the roller and adjust the
tension using the screw, checking it
subsequently with the belt repositioned
Relock the belt by lowering the idle roller
support.
