on egress ports, ports that send traffic away from the bridge relay.

Implementation Information
The S-Series has a single MAC address for all physical/LAG interfaces and hence only one MEP is allowed per
MA (per VLAN or per MD level).
Configuring the CFM
To configure the CFM, follow these steps:
1 Configure the ecfmacl CAM region using the cam-acl command.
2 Enable Ethernet CFM.
3 Create a Maintenance Domain.
4 Create a Maintenance Association.
5 Create Maintenance Points.
6 Use CFM tools:
a Continuity Check Messages.
b Loopback Message and Response.
c Linktrace Message and Response.
