The stroke frequency varies depending on the mode and calibration.
Operating method of the pump:
A low-noise stepper motor moves a metering diaphragm using an
eccentric gear.
With a suction stroke, the return movement of the diaphragm generates
negative pressure and the metering medium is drawn into the pump head
via the suction valve.
With the pressure stroke, the diaphragm is moved forward, creating
positive pressure, and the medium is pressed through the pressure valve
into the metering line.
The delivery rate can be regulated by displaying it. Reducing the rate in
this case means a change in the metering stroke duration. The duration of
the suction stroke remains unchanged. By selecting a different dosage
rate, the suction stroke duration can also be modified for higher
viscosities or challenging suction conditions.
The pumps consist of three main assemblies:
n Housing with driver unit
n Pump head
n Control unit.
