4. Disconnect the two cables by removing the nut
with a 7mm wrench
5. Lift the transformer off the bottom plate. Note that
the transformer is attached to the plate with
adhesive.
To replace the lead acid battery for +5Vcpu
The sealed lead-acid battery in the Power supply unit can be used for 3-5 years. If the trends
are not stored in the memory for 15 minutes after the power is turned off and the power
cord is disconnected, the fault is probably in the battery or in the battery fuse.
1. Remove the top cover of the Power Supply Unit.
2. Remove the screw attached to the metal battery
holder.
3. Remove the battery holder and lift the battery off
the top cover.
