Syntax
:CONFigure:INSulation:RLOWer <data>

Function
Sets the lower-limit value (unit: MΩ) for insulation-resistance tests, in the READY state.
Example
Sets the lower-limit value value for the insulation-resistance tests to 10.0 MΩ.
Transmission :CONFigure:INSulation:RLOWer 10.0
Error
The execution of this command in a state other than the READY state or "test setting state"
causes an execution error.
The test-voltage value restricts the lower-limit-value setting range (see Section 4.3.2 Setting of
Lower-Limit Values (Upper-Limit Values)). The transmission of a value outside the range causes
an execution error.
