Procedure
Step 1 Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.
Step 2 Run:
vlan vlan-id
A VLAN is created and the VLAN view is displayed.
Step 3 Run:
multicast-vlan enable
Multicast VLAN replication is enabled and the VLAN is configured as a multicast VLAN.
By default, multicast VLAN replication is disabled.

1.5.3 Creating a User VLAN
Prerequisite
The multicast VLAN has been created.
Context
By default, a created VLAN is a common VLAN. After you configure the mapping between this
VLAN and the multicast VLAN, this VLAN becomes a user VLAN.
Procedure
Step 1 Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.
Step 2 Run:
vlan vlan-id
A user VLAN is created.
To create multiple user VLANs, run this command repeatedly. You can also run the vlan
batch vlan-id1 to vlan-id2 command to create multiple VLANs at a time.
Step 3 Run:
quit
The system view is displayed.
Step 4 Run:
vlan vlan-id
The multicast VLAN view is displayed.
The vlan-id parameter specifies the ID of a multicast VLAN.
