Excd. Pause: If set to "Yes" and wind speed exceeds Excd.
Level, sound exceedance are held off.
Excd. Level: if Excd. Pause is set to "Yes" and wind speed
exceeds this level, sound exceedance are held off.
Hysteresis: If sound exceedance are paused due to a wind
exceedance, wind speed must drop below (Excd. Level -
Hysteresis) before sound exceedance are resumed.
