Fuel Pump

4. Loosen the screw securing the pump retaining clamp and remove the pump.
a - Fuel lift pump clamp
b - Filter
c - Hose clamp
d - Harness connector
e - Screw (M6 x 35)
f - Hose to VST
g - Hose clamp (18.3 mm)
Filter Replacement
There are no serviceable parts within the electric fuel pump. However, there is a replaceable fuel filter on the pump which should
be replaced every 100 hours or once a season. Use a strap wrench to remove the filter.
Fuel Lift Pump Installation
1. Install the fuel pump inside the retaining clamp. Secure the clamp with screw. Tighten the screw to the specified torque.

Fuel lift pump retaining clamp screw (M6 x 35) 16 142
2. Connect the harness connector.
3. Connect the fuel tank hose to the filter. Use stainless hose clamp to secure the fuel hose.
