Parameter Description
Key Adjusts the base key for the selected pad. See section 5.1.3,
Adjusting the Base Key below.
Choke Configures the Choke Group for the selected pad. See section
5.1.4, Using Choke Groups below.
Link Configures Pad Link for the selected pad. See section 5.1.5, Using
Link Groups below.
5.1.2 Choosing a Pad Input Mode
By default, your pads play all Sounds of the selected Group we call this Group mode. Fur-
thermore they are velocity sensitive, meaning they will play louder if you hit them harder. You
can change this behavior and choose another pad mode in order to adapt your pads to various
situations.
Using the Controller in Pad Mode
The PAD MODE button located above the pads allows you to switch the controller to Pad
mode. This will map the Sounds contained in your Group to the pads.
To enter Pad mode:
Press PAD MODE.
