Important!
• If there is not enough space on the SD memory card for
the spooled data, a message indicating the file system is
full appears and the print job does not start.
• This function is not available with the Windows PCL XPS or
Mac OS X printer driver.
Windows PCL/PS Printer Drivers
1 Open the file you want to print.
2 From the "File" menu, select "Print".
3 Click “Preferences” (or “Properties”, depending on the version of
Windows you are using).
4 Select the "Job Options" tab.
5 Click "Advanced".
6 Select the "Job Spool" check box and click "OK".
7 Start printing on the print dialog.

Note
To enter the [Admin Setup] menu, an administrator password is
necessary. The default password is “aaaaaa”.
1 Press the <SETTING> key.
2 Press the down arrow key to select [Admin Setup], then press
<OK>.
3 Enter the administrator password.
4 Use the arrow keys to select [Enter], then press <OK>.
