Error Messages: Scanning
The following messages are displayed on the display screen while
using the scan function.
Off Line Mode Lights up The MFP is off line and
cannot print received
fax data.
Press the <PRINT> key
on the control panel
and then select
[Online/Offline] on the
print menu screen.

Lights up An email or file
transmission is being
cancelled.
Memory Overflow

USB Memory Full
Please see Help for
details
\356\200\204Close
Blinks The connected USB
memory is full and
cannot store data.
Delete unnecessary
files from the USB
memory, or use a USB
memory with enough
available space.
