Removal
1. Remove the top cover and left side panel and rear cover, see section 2.1 "Mill covers"
on page 94.
2. Disconnect the air supply line from the back of the mill.
The air line must be released of pressure prior to disconnecting the hose or damage
to the orange one-touch fitting can occur.
3. Disconnect the inline electrical connector for the Air Pressure Switch located at the
upper left side of the assembly.
4. Cut two wire ties securing cables to back of pneumatics assembly.

5. Disconnect the (9) electrical solenoid connectors on the solenoid manifold.
6. Loosen, but do not remove the mounting screw located at the inside lower left of
pneumatics assembly bracket.
This screw can be accessed from the front of the machine by entering under the motion
base with the drawer removed. See drawer removal procedure.

7. Remove the upper mounting screw securing the bracket to the left frame rail.
After removal of screws in next step, the pneumatics assembly will be free.
