3. Check MILL VOLTAGES, 42V supply.
Value must be 47.00 volts minimum.
If the value shown is less than 47.00 volts, then the 48 volt power supply in the
lower portion of the mill E-box is suspect.
Check voltage
4. Assuming the I/O status and voltage supply are normal, navigate to: Technician
Console --> Motion.
5. Check home and end-limit sensor state for each axis.
6. Verify none of the 4 axes show the fault condition "Home-Limit" (highlighted in red).
See example below. This fault occurs when both the home sensor and the end-limit
sensor on the same axis are "Closed" at the same time. This means there is a
physical obstruction in both sensors, or one obstructed sensor and one defective
sensor/cable, or 2 defective sensors/cables. Although rare, a defective CPU module
can cause this as well.
