This rule is a warning rule.
Measurement value is
outside the mean  2 SD.
Corrective action: Perform another measurement on a new ampoule
of the same level. If the second result falls within
the control range, then the first result can be
attributed to normal statistical variation.
If the second result is outside the established
mean 2 SD, see section
