The command sets the frequency of the simple sinusoidal test signal. This signal is used
as output via the I channel. A sine wave of the same frequency but optionally phase-
shifted is generated on the Q path (ARB:TSIGnal:SINE:POFFset).
Parameters:

Range: 100 to Max
Increment: 0.01

Example:
BB:ARB:TSIG:SINE:FREQ 100 kHz
sets a sine signal of 100 kHz.

The command sets the phase offset of the sine wave on the Q channel relative to the
sine wave on the I channel.
