The first eight registers of Modbus demand meter data are the collection date
and time stamp. This is the time the SEL-2032 received the demand data.

The first eight registers of the Modbus history data are the collection date and
time stamp. This is the time the SEL-2032 received the history data. The data
following the collection date and time stamp are a series of history records,
from most recent to oldest. The number of history records for each relay is
also indicated.
