10. Install the pump case assembly to valve plate as follows:
・Install the pins (46) on the case.
・Apply the grease thinly on the gasket (33) and put it on the case (1)
・Apply the grease thinly on the gray color surface of the valve plate (9) and put it on the port block assembly.
NOTE：
Install the gray color surface (grease applied surface) of the valve plate toward the port block assembly.
・Install the pump case assembly on the port block assembly and tighten with washers and socket head bolts (50).
・Tightening torque to 35.2～43.2 N･m｛3.6～4.4 kgf･m｝
11. Install the motor case assembly to port block assembly as follows：
・Install the pins (46) on the case (2).
・Apply the grease thinly on the gasket (34) and put it on the case (2).
・Apply the grease thinly on the spring (30) end and put it in the case (2).
・Apply the grease thinly on the low pressure relief valve (29) and put it in the port block assembly.
・Apply the grease thinly on the gray color surface of the valve plate and put it on the port block assembly.
NOTE：
1.
Install the gray color surface (grease applied surface) of the valve plate (10) toward the port block assembly.
2.
Align the pin (53) of the port block assembly and notch of the valve plate when install the motor case assembly.
3.
Align the spring (30) and valve (29) when install the motor case assembly.
4. Install the motor case assembly and tighten with washer (51) and socket head bolt (50).
Tightening torque to 35.2
