13.5 LIM/LIMS board for LAN connection
The boards LIM and LIMS allow the cost-effective connection of HiPath 3000 in TCP/IP-based
LANs for the central system administration, APS transfer, TeleData Office or HiPath Fault Man-
agement.
The LAN Interface Module LIM is an optional plug-in card for all central control boards of HiPath
3000 with the exception of the CBSAP (HiPath 3800), the CBCC (HiPath 3550, HiPath 3350)
from S30810-Q2935-A401 or later, and the CBRC (HiPath 3500, HiPath 3300) from S30810-
Q2935-Z401 or later. The board provides an Ethernet (10BaseT/10 megabit) LAN connector
via an 8-pin RJ45 jack.
The LAN Interface Module for SAPP LIMS is an optional plug-in card for the CBSAP central
control board in HiPath 3800. The board provides two Ethernet (10BaseT) LAN connectors via
two 8-pin RJ45 jacks:
Up to 6 TAPI 120 V2.0 can be operated via the LIM module on HiPath 3000 V4.0 SMR6 or later.
However, a maximum traffic value of 400 BHCA is permitted.
Power dialers are not released for use.
