1. Sleeve inside bearing

2. Thrust washer

3. Shouldered sleeve end

Remove puller. Pull out shouldered sleeve care-

fully.

Remove piston from connecting rod.

Install locating sleeve. Then push needle bearings

along with thrust washers and sleeve.

INSPECTION

Refer to LEAK TEST AND ENGINE DIMENSIONS

MEASUREMENT.

RAVE System

Check valve rod housing and cylinder for clogged

passages (all models except SDI).
